Beech and oak, set and gilded, with red and white marble.
Two finely gilded pieces of furniture with semi-circular openwork frame on two fluted tapering column legs. Each with a double-handled vase with rich floral decoration on the lower crosspiece.
Consoles in this size as a pair have survived very rarely and with their high-quality carvings are an enrichment of an elegant interior.
